The NCE01P30K uses advanced trench technology and design to deliver excellent RDS(ON) performance while maintaining low gate charge. This -100V P-channel device is suitable for a wide range of applications and is ESD certified.

Low on-resistanceadvanced trench technology with an ultra-high cell density design gives a maximum Rds(on) of 48mΩ@Vgs=-10V and 65mΩ@Vgs=-4.5V; on-resistance stays very low even under low-voltage gate drive, suitable for 3.3V/5V logic-driven high-side switches in battery systems;

Low gate chargeQg=136nC, balancing on-resistance against gate charge and combining low conduction loss with good switching performance;

Excellent reliability and robustnessbuilt-in ESD protection reduces the risk of electrostatic damage and improves immunity during assembly; 100% UIS avalanche testing and 100% ΔVds testing give strong avalanche ruggedness against voltage spike stress from inductive loads (motors, inductors) and strong surge immunity, with a large safe operating area (SOA) margin for motor drive applications;

PackageTO-252-2L (DPAK) standard surface-mount package, easy PCB layout and good heat dissipation; current capability can be further increased by enlarging the copper area on the board, and the soldering process is mature for mass production;
