The AWM43300VH is a high-performance gas mass flow sensor launched by Honeywell. Based on advanced MEMS microbridge sensing technology and the thermal measurement principle, it achieves accurate gas flow detection by monitoring heat transfer. The sensor integrates a complete signal conditioning circuit internally, including a differential amplifier, heater control circuit, and sensor bridge supply circuit, enabling direct output of a standard analog voltage signal from 1V to 5V, greatly simplifying the user's external circuit design.


1. Measuring Range: 0 to ±1000 SCCM (Standard Cubic Centimeters per Minute). This range is suitable for precise measurement of small to medium gas flows.

The manufacturer recommends using an upstream 5-micron disposable filter for adequate protection.

b. Robust Package: The ceramic flow tube can withstand high line pressures (common-mode pressure).

c. IMPORTANT WARNING: This sensor is for gas measurement only and must never be used for liquid measurement, as this will damage the sensor.
