Product Introduction
SiT9505 is a premium ultra-low jitter differential MEMS oscillator from SITIME for high-speed communications and data centers. Typical phase jitter: 41 fs RMS. Features SITIME's proprietary FlexSwing™ programmable output driver — independently adjusts voltage swing and DC offset, eliminates external bias resistors. ±10 ppm stability, 2.0×1.6 mm package, LVDS/LVPECL outputs, 1.8–3.3V supply. 0.01 ps/mV PSNR — virtually eliminates power-induced jitter. 20× better shock/vibration than quartz. Available through YQM ELECTRONICS (YQM).
