Custom conductive rubber solutions with high performance, extreme environment resistance, fast delivery and reliable quality.
Conductive Rubber | EMI Shielding Materials
Conductive rubber is a widely used shielding material in EMC applications. It is a new type of polymer material made by dispersing fine conductive particles (silver-plated glass, silver-plated aluminum, silver-plated copper, carbon black, pure silver, nickel-plated graphite, etc.) into silicone rubber at a specific ratio. It combines excellent moisture sealing with high electrical conductivity, achieving environmental sealing and electromagnetic sealing in one.
The product is available in two profile types: molded and extruded.
Molded conductive rubber can be made into sheets of various thicknesses, as well as molded and die-cut flat gaskets.
Extruded conductive rubber can be made into continuous gaskets with a wide range of standard cross-sections — rectangular, round, D-shaped, U-shaped, P-shaped and various thin-wall structures — and custom cross-sections are also available upon request.
