The Endura™ SiT5347 is a ruggedized ±100-ppb precision Super-TCXO with an acceleration sensitivity as low as 0.004 ppb/g and high temp operation up to 105°C. This device supports any frequency from 60 to 189 MHz and from 208 to 220 MHz. It is engineered for harsh environments and is ideal for high-reliability aerospace and defense applications. By leveraging SiTime’s unique DualMEMS™ temperature sensing and TurboCompensation™ technology, the SiT5347 delivers the most stable timing in the presence of environmental stressors – airflow, temperature perturbation, vibration, shock, and electromagnetic interference (EMI).
This MEMS-based Endura Super-TCXO can be factory-programmed to any combination of frequency, stability, voltage, and pull range. This programmability enables designers to optimize the clock configuration while eliminating the long lead time and customization costs associated with quartz TCXOs where each frequency is custom built.
The SiT5347 is tested in accordance with MIL-PRF-55310 and MIL-STD-883 specifications.
