SiT9507 is SITIME's flagship ultra-low jitter differential MEMS oscillator for high-performance network infrastructure. Typical phase jitter: 29 fs RMS (12 kHz–20 MHz) — meeting 112G/224G SerDes and optical module timing demands. Industry's smallest 2.0×1.6 mm differential MEMS package saves 50% PCB space vs quartz. 4th-gen MEMS delivers superior vibration, EMI, and power noise immunity from -40°C to +105°C. Supports LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, low-power HCSL; 1.8–3.63V; ±20 to ±50 ppm stability; 16 standard frequencies (100–625 MHz). Available through YQM ELECTRONICS (YQM).
