SMAJ6.0CA is a 400 W bidirectional surface-mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode of the SMAJ series. It adopts the standard SMA (DO-214AC) surface-mount package, designed to provide bidirectional surge and ESD protection for 6 V-rated circuits. It clamps positive and negative transient impulses without polarity concern, and is suitable for AC-signal and differential-signal circuits.
