YQME05N6S61HH is a single-channel bidirectional ESD-protection diode housed in the miniature DFN1006-2L surface-mount package with a rated reverse working voltage of 5 V. It can withstand ±25 kV contact and air ESD according to IEC61000-4-2, with a response time of less than 1 ns. Featuring low clamping voltage and nA-range low leakage current, it operates over a temperature range of-55 ℃ to +150 ℃.
