Product Introduction

The YSO150HT is a YXC high-temperature CMOS quartz crystal oscillator delivering 1~125MHz with stable operation from -40°C to +125°C (storage -55°C to +125°C). It combines 0.7ps Max phase jitter, 3ms fast startup, CMOS tri-state output, ultra-small 1.6×1.2mm SMD packages and low power consumption (4mA, 1.8~3.3V) — an ideal clock source for outdoor robots, AGV/AMR logistics robots, welding and material-handling industrial robots, and other harsh-environment applications.
