The SiT3522 extends the ruggedized DCXO family to 340–725 MHz. This high-frequency differential MEMS oscillator combines ultra-low jitter, I²C/SPI in-system programmability and dual-chip temperature compensation, delivering reliable clocking for 100G/400G Ethernet, servers, storage and data centers in a 10-pin 5.0×3.2 mm package over -40~+105°C.
