The Endura™ ruggedized SiT5541 is a precision Super-TCXO® with ±10 ppb stability over temperature, from -40°C to 105°C. Engineered for exceptional dynamic performance, this device provides ultra-stable timing in the presence of environmental stressors such as airflow, temperature perturbation, vibration, shock, and EMI. It delivers ±0.3 ppb/°C typical frequency slope (dF/dT) and 1.5e-11 ADEV at 10 second averaging time, and is resistant to shock and vibration with 0.01 ppb/g acceleration sensitivity.

The MEMS-based SiT5541 is ideal for replacing larger and less-robust power-hungry quartz OCXOs in PNT, aerospace-defense networking and communication systems. It is 40% smaller, 100x more resilient, and up to 2x lower power than comparable OCXOs.

The SiT5541 is 100% screened through the SiTime Endura process flow to provide high reliability. It can be factory-programmed to any combination of frequency, voltage, and pull range, enabling designers to optimize the clock configuration while eliminating the long lead time and customization costs associated with quartz products where each frequency is custom-built.
