The Endura™ ruggedized SiT5543 Super-TCXO® provides ±5 ppb stability over temperature, from -40°C to 95°C, delivering OCXO-level frequency stability without the use of custom-made, low g-sensitivity quartz OCXOs. The MEMS-based SiT5543 is ideal for PNT, aerospace-defense networking and communication systems. In a small 5 x 7 mm footprint and 2 mm high ceramic package, the SiT5543 is ideal for replacing bulky, less-robust, and power-consuming quartz OCXOs. The SiT5543 is 40% smaller, 100x more resilient, and up to 2x lower power.

This Super-TCXO is engineered for exceptional dynamic performance—offering the most stable timing in the presence of environmental stressors such as airflow, temperature perturbation, vibration, shock, and EMI. It delivers ±0.3 ppb/°C typ. frequency slope (dF/dT), 1.5e-11 ADEV at 10 second averaging time and 0.01 ppb/g acceleration sensitivity.

The SiT5543 is 100% screened through the SiTime Endura process flow to provide high reliability. It can be factory-programmed to a variety of configurations, eliminating the long lead time and customization costs of quartz products.
