The YMx series Pirani pressure sensors utilize a Wheatstone bridge configuration and the variation in thermal conductivity of gases at different pressures to detect pressure levels. The MEMS-based Pirani sensing element employed offers a lower measurable pressure range compared with conventional Pirani gauges.The sensors can be optionally equipped with a display screen and SP setpoints, and maintain high reliability even under operating pressure conditions,enabling accurate measurements from medium vacuum to atmospheric pressure. Rugged and compact in design, they feature low power consumption,excellent stability, and convenient maintenance.
