Mr. Kevin Cai

Kevin, born in 1990 in Guangdong, Shenzhen, is a second-generation entrepreneur. He graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in 2013, earning a bachelor's degree in Marketing. After over a decade in business, he chose to pursue further studies and obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from Peking University in 2024. Taking over the company as the boss at the age of 23, fully responsible for its management, was an unforgettable experience! Mr. Kevin recalled: 'At that time, the company had only 6 people and 1 agency product line. I was only 23 years old and knew nothing. But my father's full trust and laissez-faire attitude gave me the courage to experiment. The inherent Chaozhou merchant spirit of 'daring to take risks and innovate' was gradually awakened within me.

'Xing' (兴) In Chinese, it symbolizes prosperity, flourishing, revival, and rise. Yangxing can be considered a pioneer of China's reform and opening-up. The company was founded in 1986 under the leadership of its first-generation founder, Mr. Cai Pingyang. A production base was established in 2003. The Yangxing brand was officially registered and established in 2010. In 2012, the second-generation entrepreneur, Kevin, took over and assumed the role of General Manager of Yangxing Technology. He has consistently adhered to the corporate values of 'Quality as the Foundation, Service as the Root, Unity as the Key, and Innovation as the Soul,' benchmarking against international first-class brands, quality, and technology. In management, he focuses on setting strategies, mastering technology, driving business, and ensuring quality.
In management, he sets goals, monitors processes, and evaluates results. Under his leadership, YXC became one of China's early programmable crystal oscillator manufacturers, achieving over 8% sales growth for 40 consecutive years. In 2022, it was awarded the title of Shenzhen Specialized, Refined, Unique, and New (SRUN) SME. In 2023, it became a National-Level 'Little Giant' SRUN Enterprise. In 2024, it established the Guangdong High-Performance MEMS Clock Chip Engineering Technology Research Center to accelerate the localization process of clock chips and set a new industry benchmark. Shenzhen Yangxing Technology Co., Ltd., as a comprehensive high-tech enterprise and National 'Little Giant,' under the leadership of General Manager Kevin, has formed an efficient synergistic integration effect with its subsidiaries: YQM ELECTRONICS INTL LIMITED (formerly JZSC Mall) and Huizhou Yangxing Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (R&D and production base). Its core competitiveness in technological innovation is increasingly prominent, boasting multiple invention patents and utility model patents. Its customers include partners such as BYD, Goodix Technology, Foxconn, and Flex.

From a small shop, after nearly 40 years and the continuous struggle of two generations, YXC has grown into an excellent enterprise with its own factory and the YXC brand, a team of over 200 people, 40,000 customers, and ranking among the top three in China's crystal oscillator industry.
