The YQAG1116LX utilizes advanced trench technology and an optimized chip design for an N-Channel MOSFET. Its primary design objectives are to achieve ultra-low on-resistance, excellent switching performance, and higher power efficiency, making it particularly suitable for synchronous rectification and switching circuits with stringent requirements for efficiency and thermal management.

  • Channel Type: N-Channel. It turns on when a positive voltage is applied to the Gate (G) relative to the Source (S), making it suitable for low-side switching and synchronous rectification.
  • Extremely Low On-Resistance: Rds(on) typical value is approximately 1.6mΩ (max. ~2.0mΩ) at Vgs=10V; remains around 2.0mΩ at Vgs=4.5V, reducing conduction losses and improving system efficiency.
  • High Continuous Drain Current: Capable of handling +100A or higher (depending on test conditions like Tc), demonstrating strong power handling capability.
  • Excellent Switching Characteristics: Low gate charge and low turn-on/turn-off times, suitable for high-frequency switching power supplies, effectively reducing switching losses.
